JingTech Terms of Service

Welcome to JingTech ("App", "we", "our", "us"). By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using JingTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use JingTech. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Some features of the App may require creating an account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Use of the App

4.1 JingTech allows you to view trips, join tour groups, and communicate with other users.

4.2 You agree to use the App lawfully and not for any malicious, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

4.3 You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
• Use automated tools to extract data or disrupt services.

5. Microphone & Audio

5.1 JingTech requires microphone access to participate in group voice calls. Both tour guides and participants need microphone permission to speak and listen during calls.

5.2 Audio transmitted during calls is only shared with call participants in real time. We do not store or record call audio.

5.3 You may revoke microphone access at any time, but group call features will not function without it.

6. Location Data

6.1 JingTech uses your location for navigation, map display, and group tracking during tours.

6.2 Location data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access, but certain features such as navigation and group tracking may not work.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 JingTech integrates third-party services, including Mapbox (maps and navigation) and Agora (voice communications). Your use of these features is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

7.2 We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. User Content

8.1 You retain ownership of your content but grant JingTech a license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the App.

8.2 You are solely responsible for the content you share and agree not to post offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

9. Privacy

Your use of JingTech is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.jingtech.ai/privacy-policy.html). Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

10.2 You may delete your account at any time. Previously shared content may remain in the App as necessary to maintain functionality for other users.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 JingTech is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, interrupted services, or personal injury.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JingTech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
