TourEz for operators
Travel agencies, exhibition hosts, and event planners used to run a trip as a one-way broadcast. TourEz puts live commentary, AI, and interactive navigation on the phones already in the group — prepaid as person-days, not extra hardware. Apply in the app. For a contract or a credit top-up, write to the team.
We usually reply within two business days, Monday to Friday.
How credits work
Operators buy person-days. The app meters them as credits: trip days times the people on that roster, including the guide.
Credits = trip days × participants (incl. guide).
- One credit is one user-day.
- Headcount includes the guide if they are not already in the guest list. A day with 20 guests and one guide is 21 credits.
- The operator pays from a prepaid trip-credit pool. Guests who join with a Trip ID, and guides using the trip, do not.
- Cash is not stored in the app. Staff grant an integer credit amount. Your invoice is credits × the market rate.
- Charging happens when you confirm a new trip. Editing an existing package does not re-bill.
- If the pool is short, the trip does not publish. Refresh the balance on Business Hub, or write to support if a deduct fails after save.
Examples
5 days × 12 people
60 credits
3 days × 20 people
60 credits
8 days × 15 people
120 credits
Top-up 500 credits
500 × market rate
How partnership works
This is apply, review, link, top up, then publish — not self-serve checkout. You request a business account in TourEz. We review it. Staff grant credits. Then you create packages and departures.
- Sign up in TourEz with email, Google, or Apple.
- Request a business account from the drawer: a request title, a requested business ID, a business name, and optional phone or email.
- The request stays pending while TourEz reviews it.
- If approved, Business Hub appears on that account. If declined, the request is rejected.
- Staff grant trip credits to the business. Approval does not add credits on its own.
- Create packages and departures. Confirm the credit charge. Guests join with the Trip ID.
One linked business per user. A new hub profile starts unverified. We review each request. When it is approved, Business Hub appears on that account.
