Jing Technologies Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications, including TourEz and InsCal.

  • Display name
  • User ID and account information (when you create an account)

  • Location information for navigation, map display, and group tracking during tours
  • You may disable location access in your device settings; navigation and tracking features may not work without it

  • Microphone access is required to participate in group voice calls (for both tour guides and participants)
  • Audio is transmitted only to participants in the group call in real time
  • We do not store or record call audio

  • Device type, OS version, app usage analytics

  • In-app preferences and saved itineraries

Our app InsCal may collect and use data for third-party advertising, including Google Ads. This may include:

  • Advertising ID (e.g. IDFA, AAID) and device identifiers
  • App usage and interaction data
  • Device type, OS, and general usage analytics

This data is used to deliver and measure ads, including personalized advertising, and may be shared with Google and other advertising partners as described in Section 3.

  • Tour guide group calls and voice communications
  • Maps, navigation, and group tracking
  • Saving itineraries and user preferences

We share data only with necessary service providers:

  • Firebase (storage and backend)
  • Agora (voice communications)
  • Mapbox (maps and navigation)

Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.
